How it works
One intensive arc, four to six weeks.
Every GLP edition follows the same shape: orientation, access, build, present. It happens in a different city each year, with a rhythm designed so confidence comes before access, and synthesis before the room.

Phase 01
Arrive & orient
Land in the host city, meet the cohort, and set the professional norms that make company access count.
Phase 02
Access
Anchor company visits and executive sessions: not tours, but rooms where you're expected to ask sharper questions.
Phase 03
Build
Teams turn observations into a real recommendation: interviews, frameworks, data, and a point of view.
Phase 04
Present
A final executive presentation to company leaders, followed by networking and graduation into the alumni network.
