About GLP
GLP is a hyper-curated leadership program for undergraduate and graduate students, designed by CIOs, CXOs, and technology executives who understand what it takes to accelerate a career at the highest levels.
What makes GLP different
CIOs, CXOs, and technology leaders from global companies shaped GLP from the ground up. Every session, mentor pairing, and company visit reflects what these executives know about building careers at the highest level.
Out of 75+ applicants per cohort, only 15 students are accepted. Candidates complete multiple essay rounds and interview stages before earning their seat. The cohort is built to be trusted.
No two students move through GLP the same way. Mentor assignments, project focus areas, and executive conversations are curated around each student's background, goals, and what they specifically need to grow.
GLP compresses years of executive access, mentorship, and global exposure into 4–6 weeks. Students leave with sharper thinking, a real professional network, and a clearer sense of where they want to go.
GLP accepts 15 students from a pool of 75+ applicants each cohort. The process is rigorous by design, because the access that follows demands it.
From undergraduate and graduate students across universities worldwide.
A deliberate cohort size, small enough for real mentorship, real trust, and real depth.
Through multiple essay rounds and interview stages, not a single form.

Final week: presenting to company executives.
Students submit a short interest form describing their background, goals, and why GLP is the right program for them at this stage of their career.
Shortlisted applicants complete multiple essay prompts designed to surface thinking quality, self-awareness, and genuine curiosity about global technology and leadership.
Finalists go through multiple one-on-one interviews with program directors and advisors. The conversations are substantive, not a formality.
15 students are chosen from 75+ applicants. The cohort is assembled for diversity of background, discipline, and perspective, not just academic credential.
“Bangalore made the program come alive. The pace, the founders, the company campuses, the mentorship circles - it made global business feel personal.”
