Past Programs
Every edition follows the same arc: 15 selected students, global technology companies, mentored project work, and a final presentation to industry leaders. The city changes. The standard doesn't.
The program arc
Every GLP cohort moves through the same four phases, adapted to the partner companies and city of that edition.
The cohort convenes. Students meet GLP directors, align on the professional norms that will govern the program, and learn how to get the most out of company access. The first company visit anchors the week.
Students enter global technology companies for structured sessions with executive sponsors, product leaders, and engineers. These are not tours. They are working conversations about strategy, transformation, and the decisions that actually shape how technology gets built.
Teams translate their observations into a structured analysis. Mentors from partner companies provide feedback on framing, evidence, and business logic. The project is the vehicle. Developing the thinking is the goal.
Each team presents their recommendations to an audience of executives, mentors, and program alumni. The presentations are evaluated on clarity of argument, quality of evidence, and strategic maturity.
A deliberately small group: large enough for diverse perspective, small enough for real mentorship.
An immersive arc that compresses years of executive access into a single focused program.
Curated by CIOs and CXOs who participate directly in company visits and mentor sessions.
Structured coaching from operators, founders, and technology executives across every week.
